Process mapping is a visual tool, a workflow diagram which shows, step-by-step, all elements of the processes, including interconnections between them. Key elements of process mapping include actions, activity steps, decision points, functions, inputs/outputs, people involved, process measurements and time required. Each process element is represented by a specific standardized symbol and notation.
Our consultants, using our original SenseMaking Consulting Group methodology of process mapping in public sector organizations, will help you identify your processes and create a process map. We will also advise you with regard to the selection of an optimal IT visual tool and modelling standards, and provide training to your staff.

Process modelling is a set of activities performed by process analysts for the purpose of determining how the organization works (AS-IS processes) and how its operation might be optimized in the future if improved processes were followed (TO-BE processes).
Our consultants will, based on the previously prepared process map, create process models for your organization and advise how to optimize their flow by determining key performance indicators (KPI).
