The continuously changing labour market and increasing popularity of lifelong learning are conducive to the emergence of new professions and qualifications which are frequently attained outside the formal education system.
OWe help develop the documentation necessary for a new qualification to be formally entered into and recognized by the Integrated System of Qualifications, and accordingly by the Polish National Framework of Qualifications.

It is difficult for a public organization to build and maintain a good and stable relationship with its stakeholders without a reliable and systematic feedback reflecting their opinions regarding the organization’s decisions, and the impact of these decisions on the stakeholders’ satisfaction level.
Our original methodology for measuring the satisfaction level of residents and other stakeholders, relies on well-tested an generally recognized  solutions for identifying the satisfaction criteria (SERVQUAL, Customer Satisfaction Index). Survey results can be used by your organization to better understand the dynamics of social processes in your environment.

public consultations

Public consultation is a very useful and reliable way to learn the opinions and standings of diverse stakeholder groups with regard to local initiatives and changes an organization is planning to carry out, particularly in terms of statutory and regulatory changes, new investments, local budget, etc. Some local government initiatives are required by law to conduct public consultations.

Determining the value/worth of a job in relation to other jobs in an organization is fundamental to building an optimal HR structure and enabling employees to realize their full potential to the benefit of the organization.
Acting on the basis of the predetermined job evaluation criteria, we conduct the research and analysis of the process effectiveness, influence of the entire organization on the obtained results, employment justifiability, reasonability of job assignments in processes, and many other predetermined aspects.
